Sent my family member to wakiva springs instead of the hospital. Which at the hospital they discovered the UTI and told me it went septic and my family member would have died in 2 days if I didn't get him to the ER when i did. Very rude to me when I started asking questions.

The rooms we saw were very old, that's why they need renovating. I met one of the residents, she was very friendly, and has been there for several years. She appeared healthy and happy, and that meant a lot to me. To be able to meet a resident is very neat, and the lady that showed us around was very considerate. The place is in a vulnerable state right now because it's in transition. I also met the receptionist and the staff seems fairly nice.
